Pharmacy Executive

Job title: Pharmacy Executive - Midlands Region

Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly set targets for units and value in your assigned territories
- Maintain company visibility in territories through physical visits, promotional marketing materials, and organised customer meetings
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate and support debt collection activities in your region based on current debtor aging and collection targets
- Carry out regular product movement analysis
- Lead initiatives for excellent customer care and run quarterly customer satisfaction assessments while promoting customer appreciation
- Design new promotional campaigns and business activities that follow all legal, ethical, and industry standards
- Prepare competitor price comparison sheets for your team to complete and submit to management regularly

Key qualifications and experience:
- First degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Nursing Sciences, or Marketing
- Minimum two years of proven work experience in the Midlands region
- Clean Class 2 or Class 4 driver’s license required
- Defensive driving certification is an added advantage
