OTC Assistant

Our client in Harare Hillside is seeking an OTC Assistant to start ASAP.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•Provide excellent customer service and product advice
•Promote, sell and up-sell OTC products and healthcare items
•Handle and process money transfers (EcoCash) and other agency services
•Assist with stock management, displays and store operations
•Assist with deliveries and collections
•Be part of a vibrant team making a difference in the community

•Minimum 5 O' Levels
•Minimum class 4 drivers licence with at least 3 years of experience.
•At least 1 year experience in a pharmacy/retail/customer service environment
•Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products
•Computer literacy – basic
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Honest, energetic, target-driven and a team player
•Living in or around Hillside
•Send certified copies of qualifications attached on the CV and at least two traceable references.
