Our client a Pharmacy group is seeking an OTC Assistant to join the Chipinge Branch

Join the team and be part of a company that is passionate about people's health and wellbeing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service and product advice

Promote, sell and up-sell OTC products and healthcare items

Handle and process money transfers (EcoCash, InnBucks) and other agency services

Process ZETDC token purchases and ZINARA / Vehicle Licence payments

Assist with stock management, displays and store operations

Requirements & How to apply

Minimum 5 O' Levels

At least 1 year experience in a pharmacy, retail or customer service environment.

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products

Computer literacy – intermediate

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Honest, energetic, target-driven and a team player
