Sales Officer

Cimas Health Group is hiring
Cimas Health Group, which works to encourage healthier communities, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Officer. The role is central to bringing in new customers and keeping existing Cimas Wholesale clients through different sales activities, in line with performance goals and company policies.

Main responsibilities
- Study the market to identify potential customer groups and design sales strategies for them
- Plan and run daily and weekly meetings or interactions with prospective clients
- Work with the Legal department on Service Level Agreements for engaging customers and partners
- Prepare monthly sales and client retention reports and send them to the Team Lead
- Track sales of pharmaceutical products and make sure stock levels are sufficient across distribution channels
- Coordinate with Finance on payments for pharmaceutical sales and follow up on debt collection
- Collect information on potential clients from exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other market research
- Put together daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Team Lead Distribution Centre

Key skills needed
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to create accurate reports
- Able to analyze issues and solve work-related problems to reach the right outcomes
- Good at building relationships, negotiating, and meeting sales targets

Qualifications
- Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or a related area
- Minimum of two years’ experience in medical supplies sales
