Description
Cimas Health Group is hiring
Cimas Health Group, which focuses on building healthier communities, is looking for a highly driven Team Lead for its Distribution Centre. This role is key to sourcing and supplying approved medical products and sundries, and making sure they are distributed efficiently across the country to meet company goals and targets, following Cimas Health Group’s policies and procedures.
Main responsibilities
- Find and develop new local and international supply sources to expand the supplier base
- Review and approve wholesale purchase orders based on delegated authority
- Assess supplier performance to get the best value and efficiency
- Take part in price negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive market rates
- Track supplier payments and delivery timelines to ensure service level agreements are met
- Manage procurement of goods and services according to delegation rules and tender guidelines
- Create and maintain sales plans, sales forecasts, and monthly trend reports, then decide on actions needed to hit revenue and acquisition goals
- Make sure trade stock is available in the market and support sales growth through the Sales Officer
- Check weekly sales reports and design interventions where needed
Key skills needed
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports
- Able to analyze issues and solve work-related problems to get the right results
- Good at interacting, negotiating, and meeting targets
- Capable of managing, training, and developing team members
