Cimas Health Group is hiring
The organization aims to promote healthier communities and is looking for qualified, experienced people to work as Direct Sales Agents. Positions are available in Bulawayo, Victoria Falls, Beitbridge, Zvishavane, and Harare.

Main duties
- Find new clients and grow your customer base through networking and outreach
- Increase membership by directly signing up clients, generating leads, educating people about products, and converting prospects in your assigned area
- Identify and win new clients using networking, referrals, field sales, activations, and one-on-one engagement
- Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Assess potential clients’ healthcare needs, budget, current coverage, and dependent requirements to recommend suitable Cimas products
- Explain product advantages, contribution options, and sign-up steps to potential members
- Gather market insights on customer needs, competitor actions, and new sales opportunities in your territory
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client follow-ups, and performance reports

Key skills needed
- Strong spoken and written communication, plus the ability to produce accurate reports
- Self-motivated and goal-focused with good selling skills
- Able to engage, negotiate, and meet targets

Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management or a similar field
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the medical aid or insurance industry
