Overseer Miner

Mutapa Gold Resources is hiring
The company has a vacancy for a qualified Overseer Miner to join its mining team in Shamva. This role reports to the Mine Captain.

Key duties
- Make sure all work follows Mining Regulations and the company’s SHEQ policies and procedures
- Plan for and manage resources, machinery, and equipment while keeping costs within budget
- Organize mining operations to help achieve production goals
- Check the quality of work done by team members and take action to fix issues when needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in the work area
- Handle on-the-job training and staff development for subordinates
- Prepare and submit all required reports

Requirements for applicants
- Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Mining Engineering
- Must hold a valid Full Blasting License
- At least five years of experience in mining
