Assistant Boilermaker

Mutapa Gold Resources is looking to hire
The company has an opening for a skilled Assistant Boilermaker to work at its Shamva location. The successful candidate will work under the Boilermaker.

What the role involves
- Help make metal parts like chutes, pipes, hoppers, and structural frames
- Do cutting, grinding, drilling, and tack-welding while being supervised
- Mark materials using drawings and templates
- Help with fitting, lining up, and assembling parts before final welding
- Carry out routine and repair maintenance on equipment, including fixing worn-out machinery
- Keep tools and equipment well maintained
- Follow SHEQ standards for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality in all tasks

Requirements
- Five O Level subjects, which must include Mathematics, English, and Science
- Class 2 Journeyman Certificate in Boilermaking or an equivalent trade qualification
- At least three years of relevant work experience
