Vacancy - Pharmacist

We are seeking a professional, patient-focused, and highly motivated Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy network. Based in Norton, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care while contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately dispense prescription medicines.
- Review prescriptions for legality, safety, and appropriateness.
- Provide patient counselling and medication therapy advice.
- Promote rational medicine use and adherence.
- Manage controlled medicines and regulatory records.
- Supervise dispensary operations and train and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control.
- Contribute to business growth through excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree.
- Registered with the Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe.
- Valid Practising Certificate and Person's Licence
- Strong clinical knowledge and professional ethics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail pharmacy experience is an added advantage.
