Shop Manager

Job Title
- Shop Manager, Northern Region, Harare at Baker’s Inn

Key Duties
- Take full responsibility for daily store operations
- Plan and manage daily activities to grow sales and profits
- Set hourly, daily, and monthly targets
- Lead staff to maintain strong performance
- Check product quality and ensure food safety and hygiene
- Deliver good customer service
- Handle stock management including ordering and stock counts
- Manage cash and banking with full accountability
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Compile daily sales and operations reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage staff discipline, welfare, and resolve disputes

Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Hotel and Catering, Business Studies, or related field
- Minimum 5 O Levels including English and Mathematics
- Experience leading teams in retail, food, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- High integrity and discipline
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Practical, energetic, and results-focused
- Must not consume alcohol while on duty
