Fitter Technician

*Job Title*
- Fitter Technician at Croco Holdings

*Key Duties*
- Fit vehicle accessories and anti-smash and grab film
- Remove and reinstall damaged body parts
- Fit new panels, bumpers, doors, bonnets, fenders, lights, and trims
- Align body components for proper fit
- Assist with chassis and frame alignment where needed
- Reassemble vehicles after panel beating and spray painting
- Check operation of moving parts like doors, windows, locks, hinges
- Inspect vehicles pre and post repair
- Identify faulty parts needing replacement
- Ensure work meets workshop quality and customer standards
- Maintain tools, keep workshop clean and safe
- Store parts and materials properly

*Requirements*
- Class 1 Journeyman in Motor Vehicle Body Repair, Fitting, or related trade, OR equivalent trade experience
- 2-5 years experience in auto body repair workshop
- Experience with accident-damaged vehicles is an added advantage
- Valid Class 4 driver’s license required
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Skilled in use of fitting and alignment tools
- Knowledge of vehicle body structures
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
