Vacancy: Human Resources Business Partner at Eaglesvale Christian Co-Educational Junior and Senior Schools
Eaglesvale Christian Co-Educational Junior and Senior Schools is inviting applications for the role of Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new staff members
2. Create and put in place HR policies and procedures
3. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance reviews
4. Ensure monthly payroll is processed correctly and on schedule
5. Administer staff benefits, leave, pensions, and related HR documentation
6. Make sure the school complies with labour laws, legal requirements, and HR best practices
7. Organize staff training, development initiatives, and wellness programs
8. Keep employee files, HR databases, and reports up to date and accurate
9. Give guidance to school leadership on HR issues and organizational growth
10. Oversee catering service providers to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with health standards
11. Foster a workplace culture that is professional, positive, and aligned with the school’s values

Qualifications and Experience Needed:
1. A degree in Social Sciences or a similar field
2. A professional HR qualification will be an advantage
3. At least 6 years of experience in human resources
4. Practical experience with payroll and employee benefits administration is required
5. Solid understanding of labour laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices
Candidate Attributes:
The right person should be proactive and solutions-focused, able to work independently and under pressure, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and passionate about supporting educational excellence through effective people management.
