- Location: Pharmacy in a shopping mall on the outskirts of Harare CBD

- About the role:
The pharmacy is hiring a dedicated, self-driven and committed Dispensary Assistant who has strong customer service skills. Applicants need to meet the listed requirements.

- Main duties:
- Help the pharmacist with preparing, packaging and labelling prescriptions
- Offer polite and efficient service to customers, including handling over-the-counter medicines
- Manage stock by doing cycle counts, regular checks, restocking shelves, receiving deliveries and checking expiry dates
- Use the Propharm POS system for cash and credit sales, process GRVs and reconcile medical aid payments with remittance advice
- Balance daily sales and cash at the end of each day
- Keep the shop clean and ensure the pharmacy meets compliance standards with authorities and stakeholders

Required qualifications and experience:
- At least 5 O’Level passes, including Maths, English and a Science subject
- Certificate in Dispensary Assistance or another relevant pharmaceutical qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Computer skills in MS Office and experience using Propharm
