Description


- Company: Baker’s Inn
- Role: Depot Administrator
- Location: Baker’s Inn Sales and Distribution, Southern Region, Bulawayo

- Core duties:
- Manage petty cash, process payments received and made, and keep records updated
- Receive and process invoices, credit notes, and receipts, then combine this with daily sales data including returns and cancelled routes
- Check that all invoices and credit notes have proper supporting documents before they’re handled
- Put together reports on fleet fuel use and distance travelled
- Reconcile bread received, sent out, returned from market, and crates
- Create weekly staff schedules covering overtime, short time, transport, and night allowances
- Prepare daily staff attendance reports including absences and other workforce issues
- Keep all financial and operational information strictly confidential

Requirements & How to apply

What’s required:
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related area
- At least 5 years working in finance or accounting
- Experience using SAGE software and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- High integrity and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
- Solid written and spoken communication skills
