Pharmacy Executive

Company: Cospharm Pharmaceuticals
Position: Pharmacy Executive - Midlands Region

Main duties:
- Achieve set monthly sales goals for your area, measured by both units and value
- Maintain product visibility in your territory through in-person visits, marketing materials, and customer events
- Develop and keep strong relationships with clients in your assigned region
- Handle and support debt collection in line with current debt aging and set collection targets
- Carry out regular product movement analysis
- Plan for excellent customer service and lead quarterly reviews of customer satisfaction
- Drive customer appreciation initiatives
- Create marketing campaigns and business activities that follow all legal and ethical rules
- Prepare competitor price comparison reports regularly for management review

Required qualifications and experience:
- First degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Nursing Sciences, or Marketing
- At least 2 years of verifiable work experience within the Midlands area
- Valid Class 2 or 4 driver’s license; defensive driving certification is an added advantage
