Roles and responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Study ferro-chrome market trends and pricing, and help find potential buyers and new market opportunities
- Sales Strategy: Build and keep relationships with local and international buyers, and handle sales contract negotiations including off-take agreements and pricing terms
- Customer Relations: Keep timely communication with clients about orders, deliveries, and quality requirements
- Transport Coordination: Organise cost-effective transport for raw and finished products
- Inventory and Distribution: Check stock levels and work with operations teams to make sure products are available
- Compliance and Documentation: Make sure all export/import paperwork is correct and compliant, and track shipments to spot and resolve delays or disruptions early

Minimum qualification and experience:
- Commercial-related degree from a recognised institution
- Practical knowledge of export rules and regulations
- Experience in mining is an added advantage
- Must be at least 2 years old
- At least 2 years work experience, preferably in a similar role
