Job title: Slimes Dam Wall Builders at Croco Holdings

Duties:
- Build and extend dam walls using slurry or other approved material per design plans
- Form and compact wall layers to keep the right slope and stability
- Coordinate with plant operators to manage discharge points for even wall growth
- Prevent weak zones, soft areas, or uneven material placement
- Help run water return systems, paddocks, and penstocks
- Maintain proper drainage and stop water pooling near wall edges
- Check decant systems and report any faults
- Identify risks like ground instability, liquefaction potential, and seepage areas
- Use safety gear and follow safe access routes on the dam
- Stop environmental pollution and immediately report any spills or breaches

Required skills and attributes:
- Understanding of tailings dam work in gold processing
- Able to work in wet, unstable, and risky environments
- Strong focus on safety and environmental issues
- Good teamwork and communication
- Physically fit and dependable

Qualifications and experience:
- O-Level or equivalent as minimum education
- Experience in gold mining, tailings dam work, or earthworks is preferred
- Basic knowledge of slurry behavior and dam construction is an advantage
- Training will usually be provided on the job
