Freelance Agent

- Position: Freelance Agent for Murambinda
- Role focus: Business growth and client support

- Duties and responsibilities:
- Find market opportunities to grow the business, boost income, and keep customers satisfied
- Research to understand customer needs
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Promote company products/services to new and existing customers
- Prepare and process all loan application and disbursement paperwork per company guidelines
- Maintain complete files for all current and potential clients
- Facilitate fund disbursements following set procedures
- Monitor client account performance and provide trustworthy feedback plus post-disbursement support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Record customer complaints and compliments, ensure complaints are resolved quickly
- Counsel clients by balancing their emotions with business expectations during difficult periods

- Qualifications and experience:
Minimum five O-levels, must include Mathematics and English
