Freelance Agent

- Position: Freelance Agent in Rusape
- Role focus: Business growth and client support

- Main duties:
- Spot market opportunities to boost revenue and customer satisfaction
- Research customer needs
- Arrange meetings with potential clients
- Promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Handle loan paperwork from application to disbursement, following guidelines
- Keep client files organized for current and prospective customers
- Manage fund disbursements per company procedures
- Monitor client account performance and give trustworthy feedback + post-disbursement support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Record compliments and complaints, ensure complaints are resolved quickly
- Counsel clients by balancing their emotions with business expectations during tough periods

Qualifications:
Minimum five O-levels including Mathematics and English
