A job opening for Telesales Marketers at Collective Business Solutions.
The position seeks a driven, results‑focused individual to join the team as a proactive communicator who thrives in a structured, performance‑oriented environment. The role is essential for boosting income, generating leads, and turning prospects into loyal clients. The person will act as the client's voice, ensuring every interaction shows professionalism and reflects the excellence of the BPO centre.
Key duties include:
- Making a large number of outbound calls (both warm and cold) each day to introduce products and services to potential customers.
- Engaging decision‑makers to discover their needs, budget and authority, and qualifying leads for purchase.
- Presenting features and benefits clearly and persuasively while customising the pitch to address specific customer pain points.
- Handling objections professionally with active listening and product knowledge to win over hesitant prospects.
- Recording all call results, customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system in real time.
- Following provided sales scripts and talking points while keeping a natural conversational tone to build rapport.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates and revenue goals.
- Reporting common customer objections and feedback to the Team Leader to help improve scripts and strategies.

- A diploma or degree in any field.
- At least one year of experience in telesales, telemarketing or a high‑volume call centre.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate and professional phone manner.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple software systems at the same time.
