Recruiting a Field-Based Clinical Training Officer, one position available in Zimbabwe or Namibia.
Role summary: The job involves providing evidence‑based clinical and product training to medical professionals and supporting sales and marketing teams to ensure therapies are used safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulations, while also promoting scientific engagement.
Main duties include:
- Delivering clinical and product education sessions to healthcare staff.
- Enhancing the skills of sales and marketing personnel.
- Creating training resources that match clinical standards.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and approved product information.
- Assessing training effectiveness and spotting knowledge gaps.

Required qualifications and experience:
- A diploma in medical sciences (MECB) or registration as a nurse, including theatre nursing.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in intensive care, emergency, or theatre settings.
- Practical exposure to critical care procedures, demonstrations, or product usage.
- Ability to motivate and guide specialist clinicians.
- Experience in clinical instruction, tutoring, or healthcare education (advantageous).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Willingness to travel for work.
