Description

Personal Assistant position at Mutapa Gold Resources – Freda Rebecca Gold Mine in Bindura.

Position: Experienced and qualified Personal Assistant reporting to the General Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow SHEQ policies and ISO standards.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager’s office.
- Coordinate the smooth running of the General Manager’s Office.
- Ensure effective communication by screening calls and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and manage the General Manager’s calendar and itineraries.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for staff.
- Arrange airport transfers and accommodation for external consultants.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & How to apply

Requirements
- 5 O’Level passes including Mathematics, English, and Science.
- Diploma in Secretarial duties.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
