Position
The company is seeking a forward‑thinking Human Resources Officer. The role focuses on talent management, digital HR modernization, and shaping the organization's culture.

Main Duties
- Oversee the digital Performance Management System (PMS) and organize regular engagement activities each month.
- Handle end‑to‑end hiring processes, manage training schedules, analyze needs assessments, and lead the internal Innovation Hub projects.
- Act as the primary contact for employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring full compliance with Zimbabwe labour legislation.
- Organize wellness programs for staff.
- Produce regular performance reports and HR metrics.

Requirements & How to apply

Requirements & Experience
- Academic background: a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology, with an optional postgraduate qualification such as IPMZ/CIPD certification.
- Work experience: 3–5 years in a comparable HR position.
- Industry insight: strong knowledge of the microfinance sector and Zimbabwe’s regulatory environment.
- Skills: proficiency in change management, labour law, and digital HR platforms.
