Dispensary Assistant

1. Position: single Dispensary Assistant vacancy at Vivat Health Pharmacy, Harare.
2. Reports to: the Pharmacist.
3. Main duties:
- Assist with dispensing medication under supervision.
- Label medicines and give customers basic usage instructions as directed.
- Clean and organize storage spaces to ensure infection‑control compliance.
- Arrange and stock medicines using FEFO system and take part in inventory checks.
- Manage over‑the‑counter coordination.
- Operate the till accurately and handle cash securely according to company finance policy.
- Reconcile daily cash transactions with the Pharmacist for safekeeping.
- Keep the pharmacy clean and orderly.

4. Required qualifications:
- Dispensary Assistant Certificate.
- Five ordinary‑level passes.
- Two years of experience in a related field.
