Exploration Resource Geologist

Job Overview
The company wants a skilled Exploration Resource Geologist based in Bindura to join the Technical Services team. The position is supervised by the Project Geologist.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Uphold health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Create geological and ore‑body models.
- Assess and calculate mineral reserves.
- Design and oversee drilling programs.
- Process data from mapping, drilling and channelling to build resource and grade‑control models.
- Verify geological information and keep the geological database accurate.
- Check the quality of local and external laboratory tests through QAQC review.
- Prepare mineral resource reports and sign them off as a competent person according to JORC.
- Perform ore‑body modelling, estimation and evaluation of mineral resources.
- Develop standard operating procedures and implement safety, health and environmental management systems.

Candidate Requirements
- University degree in Geology from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in gold resource modelling and estimation.
- Proficiency with Leapfrog and Datamine studio RM software.
- Experience in resource modelling, estimation and evaluation.
- Clean Class 4 driver's license and Defensive Driving certification is mandatory.
