A recruitment drive for Outbound Contact Centre Agents.
Organisational Structure (Section 1)
- Job title: Contact Centre Outbound Sales Clerk.
- Location: Doves Holdings.
- Department: Marketing.
- Immediate supervisor (level 2): Customer Experience Manager.
- Immediate supervisor (level 1): Call Centre Supervisor.
- Subordinates: None.
Responsibilities (Section 2)
- Conduct outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients to promote insurance and related financial products, market offers and sell or upsell services.
- Gather client information about risk needs to suggest suitable insurance and financial solutions.
- Provide quality customer relationship management through excellent service from sale to delivery and offer after‑sales assistance.
- Explain the company's product benefits to help customers make informed buying decisions.
- Deliver prepared scripts about products and promotions to inform customers and generate leads.
- Answer customer questions and concerns across all touchpoints, following established policies and procedures

- Required education: A bachelor's degree in subjects like Risk Management, Insurance, Business administration or Marketing.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role that demanded high levels of client interaction is needed.
- Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; capacity to follow directions precisely; aptitude for learning strong communication and interpersonal techniques; resilience to handle the emotional pressures of the job; flexibility to work extra hours on short notice.
