Registered General Nurse

Job Overview
St. Anne’s Hospital is inviting qualified candidates to fill the role of Registered General Nurse. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient progress, and support both patients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to doctors.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
Document patient care plans, progress, and outcomes.
Identify and report potential risks or hazards.
Mentor and educate junior nurses and students.
Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity.
Adhere to professional codes of conduct and ethics.

Requirements
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifications
Diploma in Registered General Nursing.
O-Level passes (minimum five, including English).
