Dispatch Supervisor×2

Baker's Inn is advertising two Dispatch Supervisor positions in the Southern Region, Bulawayo, for their Sales & Distribution department.

Job responsibilities include:
- Managing stock rotation at the dispatch area to prevent waste.
- Overseeing and verifying movement of physical goods (crates and bread) in dispatch warehouses.
- Confirming that pre‑load checks are done to meet departure requirements.
- Accurately reconciling and tracking all crate movements and informing management about future crate needs promptly.
- Isolating damaged crates and ensuring cleanliness of all crates.
- Regularly reviewing processes and updating management on improvement areas; checking all department paperwork.
- Making sure employees are properly attired and aware of their duties.

Qualifications and experience required:
- A diploma in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse management (or related field).
- Minimum three years’ experience in a dispatch department of a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
- Experience using an enterprise resource planning system (e.g., SAGE).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
