Graduate Trainee

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe is inviting recent graduates to apply for a 2‑year Graduate Trainee Programme that runs from 2026 to 2028. The scheme aims to develop future banking professionals through organised training, mentorship and hands‑on experience in the bank’s key departments.

Applicants must have a first‑class degree in one of the following subjects:
- Law
- Media Studies

Candidates should possess these qualities:
- Fresh from university.
- Strong ability to analyse information and solve problems.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- High ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Good skill with computer applications.
