Job responsibilities:
- Drive sales to meet monthly targets.
- Convert at least 80% of new business leads into premium collections.
- Deliver top‑quality service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build long‑term client relationships through regular engagement.
- Find chances to cross‑sell and upgrade insurance products.
- Actively generate leads from walk‑ins, online platforms, referrals, and data analysis.
- Analyze data to spot trends, opportunities, and improvement areas, then provide actionable insights to management.

Person requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree in Sales, Insurance & Risk Management, or a related field.
- Possess a professional certification.
- Have at least two years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial services marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
