Crediconnect is hiring Freelance Agents positions in Chegutu,Gokwe Center,Mhondoro Turf.

Duties and responsibilities involve:
- Finding market chances for loans and other financial products to help businesses grow and keep customers satisfied.
- Creating quality leads through field work, referrals, networking, and community activities.
- Knowing customer needs and suggesting suitable financial services.
- Explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and repayment conditions to potential clients.
- Arranging and conducting business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Promoting the company's products and services to customers.
- Guiding customers through the application process and giving regular updates on progress.
- Achieving sales goals, sourcing, and performance targets.
- Helping clients with application filing and collecting required registration information.
- Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and quality of registration information.
- Submitting completed applications for processing and following up where needed.
- Building and keeping long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Recording customer complaints, meetings, and feedback, and resolving issues in a timely and professional way.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience that builds trust and confidence in the institution.
- Following company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements always.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: 5 O-level passes including Mathematics and English.
