Freelance Sales Agent

Crediconnect is looking for a freelance sales agent in Kadoma.

Duties:
- Find business opportunities for loans and other financial products to help companies grow and keep customers satisfied.
- Create good leads through field work, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Know the products and suggest suitable solutions for customers.
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and repayment options to potential clients.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with prospects and existing clients.
- Promote the company's goods and services to agents.
- Guide clients through the application process and give regular updates on progress.
- Achieve sales goals, targets, and performance metrics.
- Help clients with application forms and gather required information for credit assessment.
- Submit completed applications for processing and follow up when needed.
- Build and keep long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Record customer complaints, concerns, and issues and solve them promptly and professionally.
- Provide a positive experience that builds trust and confidence in the institution.
- Follow company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: 5 O-level passes including Mathematics and English.
