Freelance Agent

Crediconnect Microfinance is hiring a freelance agent position in Gweru.

Duties and responsibilities involve:
1. Finding market opportunities and expanding the business profile to boost financial profit and client satisfaction.
2. Doing research to understand what customers need.
3. Setting up business meetings with potential clients.
4. Marketing the company's products or services to both new and existing customers.
5. Preparing all paperwork related to loan applications and payouts according to set guidelines.
6. Filing documents for prospective or current clients.
7. Making sure loan disbursements follow laid‑down rules and procedures.
8. Overseeing client account performance and providing support before and after payouts.
9. Creating lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
10. Logging customer complaints and compliments and ensuring complaints are resolved quickly.
11. Counseling clients by balancing their feelings with business expectations to keep relationships stable during tough times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 O‑level passes including Mathematics and English.
