Job Description

A HIGHGLEN PHARMACY
Managing a pharmacy. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires the successful candidate to combine dispensing, customer service, and full branch management duties.

Core Responsibilities:
The manager will be responsible for both dispensing and operational leadership.

Operational duties-
Accurate dispensing of prescription medications in line with MCAZ and PCZ standards. Providing patient counselling and health advice.
Management duties-Overseeing all daily branch operations, including HR, administration, budgeting, and reporting. Maintaining optimal stock levels, placing orders, and monitoring variances and expiries. Supervising and supporting all staff, including Dispensary Assistants, Interns, and OTC staff

Requirements

Retail pharmacy experience at least 3years (MID-LEVEL), Proficiency with Propharm system & NH263
A Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree recognized by the PCZ and MCAZ.
Registration (or eligibility) with the Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe (PCZ).
Proven experience in retail pharmacy and dispensary management.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
