Description

The National Employment Council (NEC) for the Catering and Hotels Industry is advertising external job openings for Regional Clerks in the Kariba and Victoria Falls Regional Offices. The positions will start on 1st April 2026.

The job involves helping the Designated Agent register new businesses and hire employees, managing the front office and welcoming clients, collecting data on regional activities, filing documents such as council receipts, keeping office operations running smoothly, handling mail, processing labour complaints for the Designated Agent, answering enquiries and performing other assigned duties, and making sure the front office is comfortable for visitors.

Requirements & How to apply

Requirements for applicants include:
- A diploma in Office Management or a related field.
- Five O’Levels with Mathematics and English.
- Familiarity with computers and MS Office programs.
- Strong command of English.
