Description

The National Employment Council (NEC) for the Catering and Hotels Industry is advertising external job openings for Regional Clerks in the Kariba and Victoria Falls Regional Offices. The positions will start on 1st April 2026.

The job involves helping the Designated Agent register new businesses and hire new staff, managing the front office and welcoming clients and visitors, collecting data on regional activities, filing documents such as council deposit receipts, keeping office operations running smoothly, handling mail, processing labour complaints for the Designated Agent’s action, dealing with enquiries and other assigned duties, and making sure the front office environment is comfortable for visitors.

Requirements & How to apply

Requirements for applicants are:
- A diploma in Office Management or another relevant qualification.
- Five O’Levels with Mathematics and English Language.
- Familiarity with computers and MS Office applications.
- Strong command of the English language.
