Apprenticeship Intake

Delta Beverages Pvt Ltd is announcing an apprenticeship intake for young, motivated individuals interested in joining their beverage manufacturing, marketing and distribution business in Zimbabwe, which produces brands like Lagers, Sparkling Beverages, Maheu and Sorghum Beer.

The company is inviting applications for apprenticeship training in these trades:
- Fitting & Turning
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Motor Mechanic (including diesel)
- Auto Electrical
- Electrical – Power
- Instrumentation & Control
- Millwrights

Ideal candidates must meet these minimum requirements:
- At least 5 ‘O’ Level subjects including English, Mathematics and Science, with preference given to higher grades or better qualifications.
- Applicants for Millwrights need a National Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive.
- Applicants for Instrumentation & Control must have at least two A Level Science subjects.
- A clearance letter from the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education (Apprenticeship Training Authority).
- Certified copies of National ID, birth certificate and educational certificates.
- Those applying for automotive trades must have a valid provisional or full driver’s licence.
- Age between 16 and 25 years by 1st May 2026.
