Job Overview:
Eaglesvale School is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to support student enrollment, enhance the school's public image, and carry out impactful marketing strategies in line with the school’s values and mission. This position reports directly to the headmasters.

Main Duties:
1. Design and execute the school’s yearly marketing and enrollment plan.
2. Boost enrollment across all school levels: Early Childhood, Junior, and Senior.
3. Organize and manage events like open days, tours, and exhibitions.
4. Oversee the school’s online presence, including the website, social media, and digital campaigns.
5. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, newsletters, and online content.
6. Research market trends, competitors, and the environment to shape marketing strategies.
7. Build strong relationships with parents, PTAs, feeder schools, companies, and the wider community.
8. Monitor and report on marketing results and enrollment data.
9. 9. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
10. Collaborate with school leaders, the admissions team, and finance to align marketing with school goals.
11. Represent and uphold the Eaglesvale brand, values, and reputation at all times.

Eaglesvale is seeking a qualified professional to support its enrolment and communications efforts.

Essential Requirements
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field
- Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (experience in the education sector is a plus)
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and managing social media platforms
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and interpersonal relations
- Ability to work independently while meeting set goals and delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
- A creative and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
