Job Title: Workshop Parts Salesperson (1 Position)

Overview:
Primus is looking for a Workshop Parts Salesperson to assist customers with automotive and machinery parts, manage inventory, and ensure excellent service delivery at the parts counter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell spare parts for vehicles and machinery to both walk-in and business clients.
- Identify appropriate parts based on customer requirements and technical specs.
- Provide details about product prices, availability, and features.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and process invoices.
- Coordinate with workshop staff and mechanics.
- Manage parts orders and ensure stock is well-controlled.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience in parts sales or within an automotive workshop.
- Strong understanding of automotive or machinery components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Competent in basic computer systems like invoicing, POS, and inventory software.
- Must be honest, dependable, and have an eye for detail.
- Able to work independently and manage pressure effectively.
- Background in sales or technical fields is an added advantage.
- Valid class 4 driver’s license required.
