Vacancy: Debtors Clerk.
Location: St. Anne's Hospital

St. Anne’s Hospital is seeking qualified and capable individuals to fill the position of Debtors Clerk. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring effective customer account management.

Main Duties:
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients.
- Record payments, reconcile account statements, and update balances accordingly.
- Follow up on overdue payments, contact clients regarding outstanding amounts, and arrange payment plans.
- Generate reports on account status, receivables, and debt trends.
- Respond to customer queries, explain charges, and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Address billing discrepancies, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to payment issues.
- Keep detailed records of all client communication related to payments.
- Ensure customer data is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection standards.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong skills in data analysis.
- High attention to detail.
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications.

Educational Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Accounting or a similar field.
- Prior experience in a hospital environment is a plus.
