Role:Tech & Customer-Oriented IT Support Specialist
Location: Harare
Village Tech is looking for a tech enthusiast with strong customer service skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist with device troubleshooting, software installations, system updates, and testing returned products. You'll also introduce new gadgets to clients, stay informed on tech trends, and perform basic IT tasks.
In addition, you'll help customers understand their devices, provide guidance on data security and privacy, and support sales operations.
