Position: Head of Human Capital Management and Training
Key Duties:
- Oversee and implement HR leadership strategies.
- Lead initiatives in talent development and management.
- Ensure adherence to employee relations policies and compliance.
- Supervise performance management processes.

Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields, along with an MBA, MSc, or certified HR qualification.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of financial or microfinance operations is preferred.Additional Details:
