Role Overview
fastjet is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead its Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing people strategies and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR practices across the organization. The role demands a leader with strong values, excellent communication, and the ability to guide teams through change and growth.

Key Requirements
- A recognized qualification in Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years of senior-level HR experience within a medium to large company
- Strong background in performance management, payroll oversight, and general HR operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality and standards
