Role Overview:
The agent will act as a link between communities and essential services by:
- Assisting with booking teleconsultations
- Helping clients track orders and service deliveries
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries
- Offering regular updates and feedback
- Keeping accurate service records
- Promoting services through digital platforms

Candidate Requirements:
- A degree from a recognized institution (qualifications in health or related fields are an added advantage)
- Age range: 18 to 35 years
- Must have reliable internet access
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working remotely
