Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) – Graduate Trainee Programme (2026–2028)

The RBZ is calling for applications from recent, results-driven graduates to join its 2-year Graduate Trainee Programme, aimed at developing future professionals in central banking through hands-on training, mentorship, and departmental exposure.

Eligible Fields of Study (First Class Degree Required):
- Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking
- Financial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics
- Supply Chain Management
- IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Data Analytics, Law, Risk Management
- Business, International Relations, HR, Psychology
- Journeymen Class 1 Diplomas in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Plumbing, Carpentry, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning
- Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design
- Library & Information Science

Candidate Profile:
- Recent graduate
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Great communication (written and verbal)
- Integrity and professionalism
- Computer literate
