Core Responsibilities
• Therapeutic Services: Conduct both individual and collective counselling sessions.
• Psychosocial Guidance: Lead group workshops focused on organizational skills, time management, study techniques, and stress reduction.
• Emergency Support: Provide immediate crisis intervention and necessary support for student needs.
• Teamwork: Partner with school staff and guardians to foster student growth.
• Program Creation: Design and execute initiatives targeting mental health awareness, social skills, and the prevention of bullying.
• Advocacy: Champion student welfare and promote mental health literacy throughout the campus.
• Guardian Communication: Keep parents updated on student development and collaborative success strategies.

• An undergraduate degree in School Counselling or a related discipline is required.
• Possession of a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• Alignment with the Jesuit and Catholic values and traditions of the College.
• Solid ICT skills, including proficiency with digital learning tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communicative, and administrative abilities.
• High ethical standards, professional integrity, and a genuine passion for the field.
• A clean police record is mandatory prior to hiring.
Employment Details
The role is scheduled to begin in February 2026. The successful applicant must be able to commute to the College on scheduled days, with travel assistance provided by the institution.
