Position:Outbound Contact Centre Agent
Location: Doves Holdings
Department:Marketing
Reports to: Call Centre Supervisor
Role Overview:
The role involves making outgoing phone calls to both new and current customers to promote, cross-sell, and upsell insurance and financial products. Agents are expected to deliver excellent customer service, explain product benefits, and follow set procedures for handling client concerns.

- Contact potential and current clients via phone to promote products and services.
- Gather client information for assessing suitable insurance or financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Clearly explain company offerings to guide clients in decision-making.
- Use scripts to deliver information on promotions and services.
- Address client queries and concerns efficiently according to company protocols.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or Risk Management.
- Prior experience in customer service roles where a high level of support was essential.
