Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Company:Galaway Management Services (on behalf of a client in the tyre retail/service sector)

Role Summary:
A company in the tyre retail and service industry is hiring a Branch Manager to lead operations, increase profitability, strengthen customer relations, and manage sales and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive tyre and related product sales by achieving set targets.
- Handle customer relationships, including service follow-ups and resolving complaints.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Recruit and supervise staff such as salespeople, store administrators, and technicians.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in retail management.
- Experience working in diverse or international settings.
