Job Opportunity: Counter Sales Representative
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Company: Galaway Management Services (on behalf of a client in the tyre retail/service industry)
Overview:
A company in the tyre retail and services sector is hiring a Counter Sales Representative to help drive sales growth by securing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Main Duties:
- Seek out and secure new sales leads by connecting with potential customers and converting them to clients.
- Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring product satisfaction.
- Have strong technical knowledge of tyres and related accessories, including features and customer benefits.
- Handle sales orders accurately through a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage and organize the schedules of tyre fitment teams.

- A diploma or postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- A valid driver’s license.
- At least 5 years of work experience in retail or the tyre industry.
