Digital Marketing Officer

Execute assigned digital marketing strategies aimed at improving business efficiency across all digital platforms, including digital media, digital CI, social media networks, and other online communication channels.
Design engaging visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to effectively communicate brand messages and enhance overall visual appeal.
Utilise digital platforms to promote and distribute Doves Group products.
Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring accuracy in information management, reporting, and functional performance.
Regularly update website content to keep it relevant, dynamic, and engaging by sourcing or creating new text, images, audio, and video materials.
Create compelling, concise, and impactful website content, including rewriting and editing existing material.
Develop and publish digital content across all online platforms.
Support the design and execution of online marketing campaigns.
Produce in-house online content, including graphic design, photography, and videography.
Prepare monthly performance reports evaluating the effectiveness of websites and social media channels, and provide improvement recommendations to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners and content distributors.
Proofread and review all content before publication to ensure accuracy and quality.
Measure and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Liaise and work closely with appointed advertising agencies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is mandatory.
A postgraduate qualification or certification in digital marketing or graphic design will be an added advantage.
A minimum of three years’ experience with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale or multiple projects simultaneously.
